PURCHASE

When ordering, a purchase agreement is only made when almostnakedathletics.com has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent no later than 24 hours after the order has been received by almostnakedathletics.com. If the delivery time is changed in the order, the customer will be notified of this as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the item has been shipped. almostnakedathletics.com has ownership and repossession rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and almostnakedathletics.com must be able to determine the customer's residential address.

PRICES

The prices include VAT at 25% for orders within the EU. Upon confirmed order, prices can only be changed by circumstances beyond demoshop.com's control. For example, significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. No shipping costs are added. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders from 100E. On orders under 100E, a small shipping cost of 10E is added. We offer Express shipping for the added fee of
15 Euros if you urgently need your goods.

PAYMENT TERMS

We use Stripe as a payment partner for secure card payments.
Stripe accepts all debit and credit cards.

DELIVERIES

Orders placed before 3pm on non-holiday weekdays are processed the same day and normally delivered within 3-5 days within Europe, if the free shipping is used. If Express shipping is added, delivery will usually within the next day. We reserve the right for all stock items to be sold out before we have time to update the website, and then we inform customers of the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the item is not in stock.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Sometimes delivery delays from our suppliers occur beyond our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier cannot fulfill its delivery obligations towards us or problems in the manufacturing process. If that occurs, we waive responsibility for compensation to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can count on us to always let you know if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.

TRANSPORT

almostnakedathletics.com is responsible for transportation to you as a customer. You and the transport company bear the risk in the event of a possible return to us.

DAMAGED GOODS

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible via email to hello@almostnakedathletics.com.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF PURCHASE

According to the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the item. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal of purchase, you will be charged a small sum of 5E to contribute to the compensation of the fossil fuel emission for your return. Added fees for Express delivery costs will not be compensated.

COMPLAINTS

If you wish to claim a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by email for further instructions. Preferably notify us via hello@almostnakedathletics.com before sending anything. Include the invoice/receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for shipping to us.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.

REFUNDS

Refunds are made via Stripe and the amount is always refunded to the same account that was used for the purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.

RECLAIMS & WARRANTY

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain about defects in a product within three years from the date you received the product, provided that the defect is original. An original error does not have to show itself immediately. Please note that you must contact us regarding the complaint "within a reasonable time" after you discover the error, within two months is considered a reasonable time. email us directly at hello@almostnakedathletics.com with ; order number, name of the style and a short description of the issue.
Please attch photos of the damages, for us to best help you in any way.  Our team will contact your as soon as possible with suggested measures in the matter during working days.

RESERVATIONS

We reserve the right to change prices as a result of large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your data in our business only for the purpose of completing and providing the service you expect from us. According to the PUL (personal data act), you have the right to receive the information that we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In that case, contact our customer service (preferably by e-mail hello@almostnakedathletics.com). We also assure that we will not sell or transfer any personal data (see our Privacy Policy).

PACKAGE NOT COLLECTED

If your package arrives at a drop-off location, a notification will be sent to you via email or SMS. As a customer, you are responsible for the correctness of the mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of 25 E.

FORCE MAJEUR

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect concluded agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep said agreement/commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.
