Return & refunds

All full-priced purchases can be returned for a small fee of 5E.
This will be deducted directly from your refund. You might react to this fee, but we have added it in for you to really consider the air transports necessary in all returns and this fee will be part of our support to a clean water fund to neutralize transport pollution. Thank you for your contribution!

If something is not quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned swimwear bottoms will only be accepted when the hygienic strip is still attached. Original packaging & all labels & hangtags must still be attached for the returned goods to be accepted.
Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise. Merchandise received past 14 days can not be accepted.

We are happy to help you exchange the size to find you the perfect fit.
If you have receieved the wrong item or wrong size by misstake,
the return will be free of charge within EU countries.
Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock.
Otherwise, our warehouse team can help you find another item you may love.
Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.

As soon as your returned garment has reached our warehouse your will receive an email notification.
Then the refund will be effected immediately upon receipt and approval.
Note that the refund might take up to 2 weeks to reach your account.
The refunds are always issued to the same account as payment.

When making a return you must use the provided plastic bag and return label you received with your order. Or use the same box as recieved in to return. Returns made in another way, with another transport company or in a different packaging, will not be accepted. Wheras you may be charged with the extra cost of this transport. Our pre-choosen transport has been planned to use the best transport for our planet.

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain about defects in a product within three years from the date you received the product, provided that the defect is original. An original error does not have to show itself immediately. Please note that you must contact us regarding the complaint "within a reasonable time" after you discover the error, within two months is considered a reasonable time. email us directly at with ; order number, name of the style and a short description of the issue.
